Vodka can be made from any (or a blend) of all sorts of things, although mostly rye, barley, wheat, oats and potatoes, but how it is distilled (breaking down the starches into sugars that convert to alcohol) and the combination of ingredients, will widely change how you sense them in your mouth, and how they smell and taste. A good vodka won’t be too thick, too “oily” or too harsh. All My Ex’s: Ingredients:
1 Part Ultimat vodka
1 part Elderflower
1 part moscato
Directions: muddle 1 strawberry, large pinch of cilantro and ¼ oz agave nectar. Add vodka, elderflower, moscato. Shake, strain, serve in a wine glass over ice. Strawberry slice for garnish
