Everyone knows that M-A-C is one of the leading makeup companies that can rock the runway, and still make affordable, excellent, and trendy makeup that women around the world want to wear. And one thing M-A-C excels at, is always flattering, on-trend, pressed powder eye shadow quads.
One of the latest for Fall is called the “Angel Flame Eyeshadow Quad” ($38.00 for 0.20 oz.) It is one of two new ones that launched at the end of September and are available internationally, this month. Angel Flame’s claim to fame are two pink and coral shimmers, Angel Flame (a coral with glints of pink and yellow shimmer), and Feather Pink (a mid-tone pink). These bright and bold colors were seen both on the Fall 2011 runways, and even more so on the Spring 2012 runways. For highlight there’s a satiny, soft yellow called: Chamomile and for a liner, there’s a stunning blue-grey called: Gravel. I think this beautiful, layer-able blue that almost looks purple deserves a nicer name, but it’s a gorgeous color for liner or lids.
Not everyone can pull off bright pink and shimmery hot coral, but MAC makes these colors user-friendly as well as fun to play with. Angel Flame is fabulous, and a good investment that will pay beauty dividends now through next Spring.
