Some products are worth a splurge, but it doesn’t make any sense to snub all budget branded makeup items. Black isn’t everyone’s idea of a romantic color, but worn with a big statement ring, it is completely eye-catchingly glam.
Some of these polishes will win their way into your heart and into your nail polish collection.
