When something doesn’t work, it’s fair to admit it. Back in 2017 I split my Instagram feed into two parts.My idea was to make my personal feed @alisonblackman about my life and @advicesisters on Instagram became @advicesisters_beauty_and_style focusing solely on advicesisters.com stories.
What I discovered over the past couple of years is that my life, and “the advice sisters” are pretty much one and the same. So all I really was doing is either duplicating my efforts on both feeds (b.o.r.i.n.g) or having to choose one feed to post and leave the other one out.
Now the singular focus is on @alisonblackman on Instagram. The other feed @advicesisters_beauty_and_style is still up but not active.
