Artistry, the Amway brand’s premium skincare, has a unique product that I saw during Fashion Week, and was really excited to try. Artistry’s new, 14-Day Night Restore Program claims to be an at-home alternative to a professional photo-facial Skin Rejuvenation treatment.
The product is actually 14 little vials of product, impressively packaged in a plastic presentation case complete with a big base with wells for the 14 individual pumps, and a big, clear plastic done over the entire thing. But while the presentation and packaging is impressive, the Artistry® Intensive Skincare 14-night Restore Program Item #: 116396 has an equally impressive retail price of $264.50. It isn’t surprising, considering that it’s still less expensive than a photo facial. And, the ingredients in these little powerhouses are packed with power — so much so that if you want to use the entire line of Artistry Anti-Wrinkle Firming Serum, Renewing Peel, and the 14-Night Restore Program I’m reviewing in this article, you are cautioned not to use them all on the same day.
For $264.50 don’t just get a new product, you get a lot of science and high tech research. In fact, more than 10,000 people around the world have already been part of the F.A.C.E.S Facial Computer Evaluation System that helps Artistry scientists capture and evaluate actual biological data from real women using a combination of specialized photography and state-of-the-art, imaging. In fact, I was one of the women who agreed to have her face scanned at the Artistry Lounge, during Fashion Week. With this information, Artistry scientists can better understand what the company calls “the 7 deadly skin enemies” ( UV exposure, climate changes, lifestyle habits, international factors, nutrition, chronological aging and improper skincare regimens), and how these seven things lead to skin damage and skin aging. Then they are better able to translate this information into new and even better, clinically proven skin care formulas.
..but back to the Artistry® Intensive Skincare 14-night restore program. When something is easy to do, I’m eager to try it. So even though I almost never use a review product for two solid weeks I did commit to using the 14-Night Restore Program for the full 14 days. I made it to 13 nights, and would have completed the entire program, had I not lost when vial while traveling.
Let me get right to the bottom line: Each of us is a unique individual, and our skin is unique, too. My skin is therefore different from yours and anyone else’s, but when it comes to my specific skin, it really did look clearer, brighter, and smoother after the treatments. But that being said, I was really was dubious at first, and concerned with the claim that Artistry makes that this product can and will give someone the same type of benefits as a professional photo-facial skin rejuvenation treatment. Then, I noticed at the bottom of the page, a mention that the results will not be equal to that of a surgical/cosmetic procedure. That’s confusing information.
Each pump vial took seconds to apply, and a few minutes to absorb. But the amount was so generous, I hardly could find enough skin to smooth it on, even though I put in on my face, and on my decollete and even on my hands, the two places where I really saw the most dramatic improvement. You are supposed to add a night moisturizer after applying the serum, but my face was so wet with product, I opted not to. But one thing you must do is wear SPF during the daylight hours, since your skin is going to be more sensitive to the sun’s damaging rays.
The little vials are easy and clean to use, and good for travel (unless you lose one in your luggage as I did). The gel-like serum is light and pleasant, and I really felt that I was doing something nice for myself, every single night I used the treatment. I almost felt sad when I’d finished the 14-day treatment, which is recommended every 3-4 months.
My skin looked better, but was it actually better, with fewer fine lines and wrinkles? That is something I don’t think I can honestly say unless I had a facial scan after the treatments.
Inside the vials are a Deep Night Action 7 Complex, which provides 7 levels of restoration to help correct signs of existing damage, defend against future damage, and boost skin’s response to a daily skincare regimen, above and beyond this night treatment. Deep Night Action 7 Complex contains Ultrasomes®, a restorative enzyme that helps super-charge skin’s natural ability to repair signs of damage caused by environmental aggressors. These patented liposomes with a special delivery system possess a powerful and highly effective, bio-engineered enzyme called: UV-Endonuclease. This UV-Endonuclease supposedly helps to repair skin cells and encourage recovery from sun damage to the skin, halting the gradual weakening that causes photo-aging. It is a key component of Ultrasomes, based on the natural recovery process found in marine algae. Algae float on the surface of the ocean and are constantly exposed to UV rays from the sun – yet, they manage to survive and flourish under these harsh conditions. UV-Endonuclease mimics this natural recovery system. And the Deep Night Action 7 Complex is also powered by the Soothing System, that calms the skin and minimizes the risk of skin irritation.
Above and beyond these high tech ingredients there is Alpinia, and Sunflower to help promote firmness and elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Licorice Soothes damaged skin. Lemon and cucumber helps improve clarity and restore brightness for more luminous skin. Rosemary Helps repair and maintain skin’s natural moisture barrier for more richly moisturized skin. And Oats increase skin cell turnover with neutral pH exfoliation for smooth skin.

Artistry’s press and product information claims that the ARTISTRY intensive skincare 14-night restore program is clinically tested to improve skin clarity by 261% for improved texture, tone, and brighter-looking skin and 99% improvement in the appearance of visible fine lines. Furthermore, the product supposedly maintains and revives the skin’s natural moisture barrier for a 98% moisture improvement after 14 days, and increases skin cell turnover for an 83% reduction in skin roughness. There is no way I can quantify this, other than to say that this seasonal treatment did make my skin look better and if I had extra dollars, I’d purchase it and use it again in a few months as suggested. I wasn’t able to find the actual studies online that describe the research and how it was conducted. However, my feeling is that if you have some disposable income and based on my positive experiences with Artistry’s exceptional products, this one is definitely worth the commitment of patience and money.
Amway is a multi-level marketing company with the products sold through millions of sales reps in 80 countries. On a personal note, I’ve tried some of the skincare products and color cosmetics, and have found them to be very good. That doesn’t mean they’re cheap.
