IR3535 is not a secret government program, or a long form you have to fill out for something…oh no! It is, in fact, a deet-free ingredient that provides repellency against a broad range of biting insects, including mosquitoes, deer ticks, black flies, gnats, no-seeums and biting midges.
Why Should You Use Avon’s Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus IR3535?
This might seem like a bit of a “duh” question, but consider that the product can repel mosquitos that may transmit West Nile Virus and Zika (if you are really going to areas where these mosquitos are prevalent, however, we suggest using more powerful bug repellent just to be safe).
The product can repel deer ticks that may transmit Lyme Disease (and it’s that time of year if you’re tromping around and hiking in wooded areas where there are deer)
