Someone, somewhere is always trying to build a proverbial, better mouse trap. That’s certainly true of a quirky item that came across my desk called: The Boot Hanger ($20.00 /set of 3). The Boot Hanger is just what it’s name implies: a hanger for your boots.
Maybe you think you don’t need this, but if your closet space is limited, and your love for shoes and boots, large, you already know that trying to find your favorite pair of boots on the floor of your crowded closet is a time-sucking chore. When you do finally find the boot you want, the other seems to have gone on vacation, even though you know you it has to be in there, somewhere! This usually happens when you’re already dressed and running late.
The Boot Hangar can protect your boots from dirt and streamline your search. It is so simple, you’ll wonder why you haven’t thought of it yourself (actually, I did think of clipping boots together a long time ago, but the skirt hangers I tried to use were awkward, with clips too week to hold hanging boots). I also tried very strong clips, but then I was left with permanent marks in my boots, ruining their beauty. The Boot Hangar, however, has two large “skirt-type” clips set at a tension strong enough to hold even heavy boots, but the plastic/rubber liner won’t leave marks on soft suede or leather. In addition, the clips are set one in front of the other and slightly apart, so that the boots hang “cradling” each other, instead of clunking around and taking up more space.
The Boot Hangar is especially designed for boots, and it really works well. While not everyone has the luxury of enough room to dedicated a closet rod to boots, even if you don’t feel like hanging your boots next to your blouses, you can still keep them clipped together with The Boot Hangar (on the floor). Then you’ll have your boots paired when you want them. You can also use The Boot Hangar for more than just boots. It worked well for hats, and handbags, because the clips are strong enough to hold them and keep them clean and safe (and off the floor).
The Boottique (with two “Ts” ) is the home of the Boot Hangar, but it seems reasonable that this web site offers a variety of closet accessories for Boots, and way beyond. Can you even order a sparkly chandelier for your closet! To learn more and to order your pairs of Boot Hangers, visit the Boottique web site: http://boottique.com/ — you’ll be, literally, hooked!
