For Summer 2015, I am loving some Clean Summer Sun and I mean that literally! There’s a limited edition Eau de Toilette from Clean Perfume that is called “Summer Sun!”
You’ll get the idea that this is a fun, sunny, Summer scent when you see the bottle. It’s an ombre tinted square of glass –bright hot pink at the bottom, with bright shocking yellow at the top. I’m almost tempted to call this “Clean Summer FUN!” because it’s just so uplifting and fun to look at.
This fragrance really reminds me of the essence of Summer. There’s a burst of fresh fruit in the initial sniff, but it’s not just an ordinary fruity floral. It quickly dries down to a light, sensual scent. There is a feeling of beachy-ness to it, maybe a hint of warm skin and suntan lotion, along with a whiff of earth and sea. The end result is a fragrance that is light enough to handle your body heat and still stick around for a while without being too fruity or “teen” and still be playful and flirty. It still feels “clean.” In fact, that’s what CLEAN fragrances have been about since the getgo, when the creators were inspired to create a fragrance that reminded the wearer of the pure qualities of a bar of soap.
