I’ve just discovered the coolest cooler, the Titan 48 Can Zipperless™ Cooler by ArticZone.
Why am I writing about a cooler when it’s cold outside?
Coolers are a classic for camping and if you need extra temporary food storage.
However, although it’s Winter right now, milk, butter, eggs, ice cream and other items can still get too warm. The cooler keeps them from spoiling while you’re shopping.
Of course, coolers, are staples for tailgaiting, party drinks, and if the power goes out in your home and you want to save the food in your fridge.
So coolers are so versatile. This Titan Zipperless Cooler holds 48 cans or a lot more, and it’s a must-have for your home.
Titan 48 Can Zipperless™ Cooler:

Of all the coolers Articzone makes, this one I thought was particularly super-cool (*sorry pun intended) is the Titan Deep Freeze® 48 Can Zipperless™ Cooler (SRP. $50). It can actually keep ice up to 3 days!
It is called “zipperless” because it flips open without having to zip it up but seals completely with a velcro type flap.
For even easier access there is also an insulated front pocket.
Another feature I like is the Hardbody® Liner with remove-able Smartshelf that lets you keep soft items (e.g. sandwiches, fruit) separate from the heavier stuff so it doesn’t get crushed.
It’s a Heavyweight:
However, if you actually filled this cooler with the 48 can capacity, you would need someone with strength to carry it.
Fortunately, there is an adjustable Backsaver® shoulder strap with a shoulder pad developed to reduce stress on the shoulder and back. Backsaver helps to center the load weight to reduce contact pressure and muscle stress.
But the bottom line is that this is still not easy to lift when full. Wheels would have been a big help.
Beating the Heat:
The base of the Titan Zipperless Cooler has 3 separate layers of insulation. Titan helps keep things cool with a Therma-flect® Radiant Heat Barrier. and a Deep Freeze Insulation.
The Therma-Flect® interior radiant barrier reflects heat rather than absorbing it and the multi-layered insulation of Deep Freeze™ protects your ice from the most intense heat.
But the bottom line is that this is still not easy to lift when full. Wheels would have been a big help.
Our Test:
We didn’t fill the cooler with cans alone, We added vegetables, a gallon of milk, ice cream, and more.
Our items were in the cooler for several hours and arrived in pristine condition–even the ice cream, with just two ice packs.
If you fill it completely with ice it would supposedly keep items cool for up to three days (we didn’t do this but I can see that it would be possible).
The only disappointment was the Smartshelf. It tipped inside the cooler and the items on top were jumbled together.
If you use this additional top shelf, make sure that the items are well balanced. Additional tests were just as good!
Safe, and Clean:
Coolers can get pretty nasty. Things leak occasionally. Mold and bacteria can form. However, you can wipe this Titan Zipperless cooler with nylon outer and hard sided inner portions clean with water (and soap).
To help keep you safe, the cooler features Microban® (an antimicrobial product protection built into the lining to inhibit the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria).
The Microban lasts for the lifetime of the product and can’t be washed off or wiped away.
That said, the Microban® protection is not a substitute for regular cleaning of the product and will not prevent foodborne illness.
The interior linings that are FDA and CPSC compliant. The product is free from BPA, PVC, lead, and phthalates. All good to know!
The Bottom Line:
Titan coolers are premium coolers at reasonable prices. The company packs their coolers with tons of innovative technology and lots of bells and whistles.
No matter what cooler you currently have, it’s time to upgrade to a great cooler!
