Bugs happen: all year round. The DynaTrap XL traps insects from flies to mosquitos and moths so they don’t trap YOU…hiding inside your home!
Bug FACTS: Most Successful!
No matter where you live on Earth you’re encountering insects of all types. There are more than 3,000 different kinds of insects!
Of all the planet’s creatures, some 90% of species are reckoned to belong to the class “Insecta.”
That’s more than all the other animal and plant species combined!
Banish Bugs!
For some, this is the chance to bundle up next to a cozy fire.
But in warm humid areas however, there are always swarms of biting flies, moths, and mosquitoes.
And, even in areas with snow, you encounter snow fleas and other insects can keep you literally trapped inside your home.
DynaTrap has several different types of “bug-banishing” machines for indoor and/or outdoor use (choose the model for the size of your area).
To test out DynaTrap I requested the larger outdoor model: DynaTrap the DT2000XL INSECT TRAP – $199.00.
This model traps flying insects including mosquitos, biting flies, Asian beetles, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, moths, stink bugs, no-see-ums and more.
How Does It Work?

I’ll admit to being dubious, and worse, I assumed the DynaTrap would make those awful “zapping” noises every time a big got near it. But the machine is virtually silent.
An exclusive Tio2 Titanium Dioxide coated surface produces carbon dioxide which attracts mosquitos while two lights attract the flying insets day and night.
Once near DynaTrap, there is a powerful vacuum action fan that traps insect inside retaining cage where they dehydrate and die usually within 24 hours. The
The insects can’t get out as an automatic damper keeps the live ones inside the trap.
Watch this short video I took of DYNATRAP in action as it traps insects in my outdoor spaces!
If you have mosquitos, run it 24/7 and you’ll see results fairly quickly, but within 6-8 weeks the numbers of insect trying to bite you will have dramatically diminished.
When we stored the DynaTrap we immediately noticed a lot more bugs flying around.
I’ll admit that it was disconcerting to see the insects alive, inside, but On the other hand, getting bitten by insects or having them in your home isn’t a better option.
Once the trap is fairly full, you can clean it out by just twisting the bottom and dumping the dead bugs.
My weekend house has a large forested area next to our deck and my husband has sprayed so many chemicals to allow us to sit outside without being assaulted it was unhealthy.
Dynatrap kept the bugs away so we could enjoy the days (outside).
Indoor/Outdoor:
The box our DynaTrap arrived in says that this trap is also for indoor use, and there’s a suggestion to keep the trap away from your immediate area.
DynaTrap can attract insects up to an acre away and the smaller models have hooks for hanging (maybe on a tree)?
There are smaller DynaTrap models for indoor use, but all the models use the technology. The only difference is the outdoor model has a weather protective coating.
