A Player Pedicure at Eve Salon!

The day after the New York Marathon, there are lots of people with very tired legs and feet. Eve Salon located at 55 W 8th St. NYC the West Village, is offering a brand new pedicure treatment that is simply heaven for anyone who is active, who wears stilettos, or who just wants a very pampering pedicure.
Although I didn’t participate as a runner in the Marathon, I tried the Player Pedicure, feeling justified as I stand and walk..a lot!
What is the Player Pedicure?
This is quite a special beautifying treatment for feet and legs.
The pedicure smooths callused skin with a special callus remover spray (not just a perfunctory scraping with an ineffective file) and an intensive, acupressure foot massage (with aromatherapy T-Spheres massage balls,), plus skin-smoothing with a gentle but effective Rosemary Mint Foot Scrub and Cream.
You can’t help but sit back and chill. The most difficult thing you’ll have to do is choose a nail polish color!

The Player Pedicure isn’t just about pushing back cuticles and adding polish, although there was an entire display of colors to choose from and from a variety of brands. In truth, the leg and foot massage was fairly intense. However, it was adjusted to suit me (always speak up if something is uncomfortable).
Clean and Safe
Another thing I liked, besides the warm, welcoming staff and low-key atmosphere was the pedicure kit sealed and used just on my feet. I was confident that my pedicure was clean and safe.
Afterwards. I was asked if I wanted to take it home. If you return with it for another service, you get a discount.
I liked the atmosphere so much at Eve Salon, I plan to go back. The prices are reasonable, especially for a legitimate salon in NYC, with things you can add on to a basic mani or pedi such as hot mitts and softening scrubs.
Friendly Welcoming Staff & More
I liked the variety and display of products, but there’s no pressure to purchase anything.
If you want you can pick up some great products…Eve Salon even features a rack of really cute socks!
I really felt relaxed, but my feet felt energized. I could have danced all night!
