Paradise Sea Salt:
Paradise Sea Salt from the Gourmet Barn LLC from Hawaii has some really unique flavors ($9.95 SRP.). I like their re-sealable plastic pouches, too. Each contains Hawaiian Sea Salt plus other spices. Yellow Lava Glow has Turmeric Root. Kissed by the Sun has Hawaiian Red Wine. Magma Hot has paprika, red pepper, ghost peers, and Hawaiian chili peppers. Lush Rainforest is green thanks to parsley, Hawaiian spirulina, garlic, and medicinal Mamaki plant (great for popcorn–really makes it so much better). Volcano Smoke has activated charcoal, black pepper along with refined coconut oil, maltodextrin, and natural smoke (makes anything feel like it’s been grilled.
I also received three bottles of Hawaiian Coffee rubs ($23.95 SRP.) with little wooden spoons. Each bottle has 100% Kona Coffee plus either Hawaiian Vanilla, Chocolate, or chili pepper. Mainly for meat and poultry. The Magma Hot salt and the Chili Pepper rub pack a fiery kick. They’re all so good! Add flavor to your life and spice it up! Visit Paradise Sea Salt!

I couldn’t resist trying the Gingerbread Pancake Mix by Julia’s Pantry. The mix was super easy (just add water). These made the fluffiest pancakes redolent with a gingerbread scent and taste. They were so delicious. However, Julia’s Pantry has tons of other delicious products and mixes. including biscuits, grits, pork rinds, hams and bacon, and a cornucopia of other delights from jams to dips and more.
The mixes were wonderful! They really wowed my testers. The cute cloth sacks hold one-time use ($7.95+) product, so they’re a bit pricey. But they’re also so worth a treat. Impress your guests, your family, your mother in law! You can get a taste of down-home Southern cooking with the “Butter My Biscuits” (Southern Drop Biscuits, Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits, Cinnamon Pecan Biscuits, and Blueberry Biscuits.) for just under $45 and wow your family or guests by just adding water. You can also make these into a cake…how awesome is that?! For all sorts of down-home Southern goodness visit https://juliaspantry.com/
The Seattle Chocolate Company
I loved the colorful wrappers on the delectable chocolate bars from the Seattle Chocolate Company. But it’s the flavors that will excite you! caught my attention, The company gets artists from all over to brighten your day with their original packaging. There are so many products that are drool-worthy. In my photo are three currently available Spring line: carrot cake; honey, almond & coconut; and wafer cone ($4.75/bar).
Don’t ask me to pick a favorite, I just can’t! But the milk chocolate Carrot Cake truffle bar with walnuts and spices blew me away with taste and crunch. Dark Chocolate Honey Almond and Coconut is one of my favorite combinations. At 190 calories per half bar, the milk chocolate Truffle Wafer Cone bar with malted milk and crispy rice crunchies is a sinfully good guilty pleasure. You know you can’t just eat one square! Urban Accents proclaims that it is “Your Culinary Wingman. They’ve been in the spice & seasonings industry for over 2 decades. Urban Accents started with a dozen original spice blends and now they have over 90 different products.
I got a chance to sample some! There are lots of seasoning blends for veggies and for vegetarians. For example, the Korean BBQ Ground Veggie Meatless Mix with Sweet Black Garlic. One package makes 6 wraps. You can even make this in the microwave.
The Athenian Herb Dryglaze Grilling & Roasting Seasoning Blend is good for meat, veggies, or seafood. Rub a packet on your chosen food, put it in a plastic bag for 30 minutes in the fridge, and then grill or roast. The Veggie Roaster seasoning blends might even make your kids fans of vegetables. Three packets of the seasoning are in each pouch.
Everyone loves popcorn, and it’s a sensible treat. The Urban Accents Movie Night Popcorn Set is a fabulous gift idea or a treat for yourself. The nicely boxed set offers three bags of popcorn (White Gold, Ruby Red, and Tri-Color) along with five different seasoning blends: buttery caramel corn, Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn, Sizzlin’ Spicy siracha, Spicy Chili lime, and cheesy white cheddar, Note that there are no calories in the seasonings. With a name like “Designer Protein”, you know you’re in for a treat. Their Chocolate Almond Bar and Chocolate Quinoa bar (with crispy quinoa & whey protein) are delicious. However, for those seeking something yummy but healthy, these also pack 10 grams of protein into the 85% cacao chocolate bars with only 7g of sugar.
Chocolate has antioxidants and flavonoids that make them (almost) “health food!” The dark chocolate is sinfully delicious whether you choose the one with crispy quinoa or the crunchy almonds. I tested both telling myself I’d only eat one square. HAHA…..I ate the entire bar in one sitting! Visit Designer Protein’s Website

Fat Cat Hot Sauce:
When I saw the Fat Cat fatcatfoods.com condiments and hot sauces with adorable names, I began to purr. My photo shows just some of the colorful sauces with cat-centric labels this delicious brand offers. The preservative-free, vegan, vegetarian-compliant, gluten-free, and low sugar and salad products have won plenty of awards.
Fresh from my (now home state) of Florida, I’m delighted to share (left to right) the seriously hot Chairman Meow’s Revenge Scorpion pepper sauce (a few drops and wow!). But there’s also Cat in Heat with incendiary ghost peppers, habaneros, chipotles, and more. The yellow Purry-Purry Sauce has onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and peri-peri peppers (small but hot red chili peppers). Slightly milder is the Strawberry Serrano that’s sweet and hot.
Both Purry-Purry and Strawberry Serrano can be used as a dip. Peach Maple Bourbon is a glaze that is also sweet and hot with peaches, maple syrup, bourbon whiskey, spices, and chilies. Fat Cat obviously specializes in hot sauces with tons of varieties of peppers to pucker your palate. “They’re hot!” at $5 per bottle,
