Revolutionize Your Skincare Routine with UFO by Foreo: It’s the Future!

FOREO just launched their latest edition to the UFO family – UFO3. This heated face mask device has full spectrum LED and massages and revitalizes the skin in just 2 minutes. I didn’t think this would work so well. But after trying it, now I’m a fan! It has skin-firming, cooling cyro-therapy technology which firms the skin. The FOREO features 8 full-spectrum LED colors to deeply hydrate, massage, and revitalize skin in just 2 minutes. The UFO3 claims to increase skin moisture by 126% in 2 minutes. 

For those who want simple but high-tech skin treatments, it’s nothing short of a skincare revolution! As a beauty editor, I’m always on the lookout for innovative and effective products. FO3 looks pretty and it is so simple to use (with the app you download). You can choose a variety of masks that you add as single-use to the FOREO. The ones I tried were Shimmer Freak and Manuka Honey. After just one use (of each mask) I noticed a visible improvement in the texture and tone of my skin. It’s as if UFO3 has unlocked a newfound radiance within me! My makeup application has become smoother, and my skincare products seem to absorb better, enhancing their effectiveness.

How to Use the FOREO:

The device fits perfectly in your hand. There is just a power on/off bottom on the FOREO and the rest is powered by the app.  It’s a breeze to use. You get a power cord (USB/male — I wish it was a “C” but oh well…). You also get a nice little acrylic stand for the unit.

Download the app (IOS or Android) and it asks a few questions about your health and age. Then it literally shows you (depending upon which mask you choose) where to place the FOREO as you’re gliding it around your face. The UFO3’s gentle cold and warmth during the treatment are incredibly soothing. 

One of the standout features for me is how quick and convenient the treatment is. In today’s fast-paced world, finding time for self-care can be a challenge, but UFO3’s 2-minute sessions fit perfectly into my routine. Whether it’s in the morning before work or as a wind-down ritual in the evening, this device has become my go-to companion for nearly instant gratification.

Shimmer Freak Mask:

This facial mask has caffeine, niacinamide, Vitamin B5, rose water and cranberry extract to revitalize your eye area and face. Once you place a single, circular, Tencel-infused mask onto the back of the FOREO and hold it in place with a ring, you’re ready to use the APP and get the party started. Choose your unit type and the mask you want to use, and start the session.  I can say it’s super cool because it is — it’s a deep hydration facial with cryotherapy. Cryotherapy, sometimes known as cold therapy, is the local or general use of low temperatures in medical therapy. Shimmer Freak instantly diminishes the look of dark circles while Cryo-Therapy refreshes the delicate skin around the eye contour and awakens tired eyes. It really works! 

Manuka Honey Mask:

Manuka Honey from New Zealand is a trending thing that I’ve been seeing featured in a lot of products lately. In this FOREO mask, there is a honey extract to revitalize and soothe your skin. It’s a pampering treatment and again, it takes just 2 minutes to accomplish. Bees gather nectar from the flowers of the Manuka tree indigenous to New Zealand, and some say it has more antibacterial and antimicrobial properties than regular honey. Manuka Honey helps reduce inflammation, kill harmful bacteria, retain moisture, and provide a myriad of other benefits for your skin.

This mask is a full-face mask that you can supercharge with your FOREO UFO3 in a 2 minute session.
