So I used one of the affirmations that arrived in the small pink envelop at the bottom of the box. I just rolled it up and put it into the sphere. For this sphere necklace, I chose one of the included sayings: “Dare Big, Fear Small.” When you hold one of the Fortune & Frame lockets in your hand, it’s a powerful talisman. You can sense the love note or affirmation or whatever else you put inside. It brings motivation, courage, inspiration, and more.
But you could just as easily fill the little sphere with sand from your favorite beach, a lock of hair, a tiny crystal, or another small item. The attached wand closes the sphere, securely.

One thing to be mindful of is that this piece is so special and sentimental, you may never want to take it off. But do take it off when you bathe or at the beach or pool as it’s not waterproof.
