Changing up colors and wardrobe for warmer weather is easy, but fragrance can be trickier, and if you’re traveling, taking your favorite scent with you can be a bigger challenge. But with the Thymes’s Studio Collection, that launched this spring, you have six different scented Cologne Rollerballs that allow you to select a variety of scents to match your looks, your personality and your moods. Rollerballs are the best way to tote a fragrance. The Advice Sisters love them!
We got a chance to sample all six scents and we’ll give you a brief rundown. Which will be your new favorites?

Lotus Santal is an example of the beautifully decorated and packages Thymes roller balls from their studio collection
Aqua Coralline: Pure water lily, delicately floral white cyclamen, and crisp driftwood *smells light a pretty light floral, think: lily of the valley
Jade Matcha: Sweet bergamot, tangy lemongrass, spicy cardamom, Tonka bean and sugarcane & love * thumbs up for his one because it is spicy but also a bit citrus-y so a great warm weather choice for oriental and floriental fans
Kimono Rose: Satiny rose, peony, and jasmine *soft and feminine
Lotus Santal: cocoa orchid, red lotus, amber, Plum wood, patchouli, and spicy clove *The Advice Sisters reviewed this entire collection in 2012. Read review
Rosewood Citron: Fresh and woody vetiver, bright citron, and sparkling grapefruit *it’s a perfefct warm weather fragrance that is very orange-y and uplifting
Tiare Monoi: Tiare flowers, wild jasmine, delicate osmanthus and ylang *lush white florals, feminine, strong and will appeal to those who love exotic fragrances
Thymes Studio Collection also features Body Scrubs and Body Lotions ($22.oo-28.00) in three scents:
Aqua Coralline, Jade Matcha and Lotus Santal. I tried the Rosewood Citron Body Lotion. The packaging is really pretty and the plastic bottle has a nice flip top for easy and clean access). The fragrance is almost the same as the roller ball Rosewood Citron, but in the body lotion it smells just a wee bit more floral. Vitamin E, Shea butter, olive-based squalane and humectant glycerin lavishly moisturize and condition. This body lotion is emollient but not super heavy so you can slather it on and get dressed without feeling like you are going to be sticky (in other words, it absorbs quickly and leaves your skin lightly scented). At just $25.00 for 9.25 oz it makes a lovely gift for a weekend hostess this Summer, too.
