My dad ever cooked dinner in his life, but after his wife of 52 years, passed away, I had to teach him how to make some basic foods. One of the things he excelled at was using a sandwich maker. For him, it was fascinating and fun.
In the spirit of suggesting things to you that can really help make life easier, more interesting, and more fun, I’m suggesting The Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker is a gamer changer! For anyone who loves breakfast (or lunch or dinner) sandwiches but doesn’t want to fuss with pots and pans,
You Didn’t Know It Until Now, But Breakfast Will Never Be The Same!
This small and fun breakfast sandwich maker will cook the same kind of hot, delicious breakfast sandwiches you can buy “on the go” and save you $$$. Of course, you can use it to make a lunch, brunch or dinner sandwich as well.
if you are still quarantined or working at home, making breakfast can be a messy chore. To make a classic egg sandwich, you have to cook the eggs (one pan and one bowl), fry the bacon or sausage (another pan) and then toast the bread (another step).
If you use the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker you use just one thing all at once. Set it and time about 5 minutes (or some models have a timer) depending upon what you put in it. It’s super easy. And cleanup is a breeze. Make “grab and go” sandwiches that will be so much better than the ones in the drive-through, or try a grilled bagel and…or a croissant an…or anything you choose to put in it.
Easier Than Pans and Toasters:
My first attempt was pretty good. I made the classic toasted muffin, egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich. I may have used a little too much cheese but cleanup was so easy, I just washed the remove-able rings.
One thing to note is that it gets hot as does any electric appliance. If you’re doing more than one sandwich, you might need to pre-heat it again before proceeding. After pre-heating it takes about 5 minutes before your sandwich is ready. However, if you were making the sandwich above without the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker it would take even longer.
Brewing your morning coffee, put on your makeup, or get dressed, and when you’re done your breakfast is ready!
I wouldn’t necessarily let little children handle this because it can get hot, but you’ll get teens to finally eat breakfast since they can use this and “make their own.”
The basic model I reviewed (the one in the above has a timer) is just $25 (other models are around $40) in black, silver, or red. Imagine how much money you’ll save if you use the sandwich maker instead of the drive-through. This would be a nice gift for a new grad, or for a new couple. You can find these sandwich makers online and in stores. Learn more on the Hamilton Beach Website
