Hawaiian Tropic Makes Sexy Beachwear (Who Knew)?
What makes the Hawaiian Tropic Brand so sexy? Well, we always knew Hawaiian Tropic’s sunblocks were good stuff for a sexy bronze glow. We know there’s a sexy “Miss Hawaiian Tropic” contest (noteable sexy winners include playmate and Hef’s former love, Holly Madison).
However, until advicesisters.com was approached to check out a line of sexy coverups and beachwear from Hawaiian Tropic, we figured that was as far as Hawaiian Tropic was taking things.

Hawaiian Tropic launched new products that go along with sun, fun and well, sexy good times this Spring including categories including, sunglasses, fragrance, towels, beach mats at totes, umbrellas, bags, and swim and beachwear.
4 Clothing Collections..So What’s Your Style?
We got a chance to check out the extensive line, and try out a piece for ourselves from one of Hawaiian Tropic’s four new resort collections for the beach and beyond: Scent of the Sea, Welcome to Miami, Down to Earth and Sunrise to Sunset.
Each collection is very different, but all are inspired by the tropics of Hawaii. The styles are spare, bare and cute. These are not meant for those who want to hide in wads of fabric to be protected from the sun (there is Hawaiian Tropic sunblock for that). What they do is primarily “hide” a teeny bikini if you’re just going for a walk off the beach or to cool at the pool.
We love the sun-loving bright colors and prints meant to flatter a lean body and a killer tan (hopefully yours is bronzer from a tube and not from baking for hours in the sun).
It was nearly impossible to choose just one piece, but we gulped..and selected this very cute and sexy white Fringed Slip Crochet Lace Dress ($59.00) from the Scent of the Sea Collection.
This spare dress shows off your bikini just enough to look respectable at the pool bar. This look is a man magnet that’s “better than bare” and spare enough to not feel overheated when it is super hot outside.

This Hawaiian Tropic dress is available in Small, Medium, Large and XLarge and fits true to size, made of 100% Polyester (throw it in the washing machine but use a lingerie bag because of the fringe). The quality is good enough to wear as outwear styled with a racerback tee under it and some leggings or short shorts.

When you’re wearing this, you’ll get admiring glances from every direction, so Hawaiian Tropic made sure that there was interesting detail front and back. We like the way the coverup makes a “V” in the back, mirroring the diamond shaped pattern.
With a scoop neck and racerback, we think this works for just about everybody literally because it is loose enough to skim your curves and still look flirty and fun. It will get you lots of looks on the beach.
