PROJECT: Total Cancer Research
THE STORY:
Susan Schulz and Rita J. King, along with my fellow Weizmann Advocates for Curiosity, are launching a campaign to support the extraordinary research at the the Integrated Cancer Institute at the Weizmann Institute of Science — research that includes collaborative clinical trials for a cancer “smart bomb” that uses chlorophyll and lasers to destroy cancerous tumors in one 20-minute session with no side effects!
The Weizmann Advocates for Curiosity are an amazing group of cultural influencers with whom we partner. We come together from the worlds of science, finance, Hollywood, medicine and publishing to support Weizmann’s culture of curiosity and international collaboration.
We all are inspired by this kind of research that suggests a future where being diagnosed with cancer would simply be no big deal. I made a video for Weizmann as an advocate for skin cancer research a while back.
