Not too long ago, I reviewed two new scents from the awesome. Indigo Wild brand, which includes wonderful Zum Bar Goat’s Milk Soaps, and Zum Mist room sprays.One of the n ew scents, lemon-geranium, is also available in a Gentle Facial Cleanser $10.00 fl. Oz. In all honestly, although I have reviewed Indigo Wild for years, I had no idea that they had facial products. It only make sense, since they have cleansers for everything else, including your body!
The Gentle Facial cleanser comes in a clear plastic pump bottle, and it has a generous amount of the great, lemon-geranium scent! It has, as the brochure describes it: “stuff like saponified oils of certified organic coconut, olive and jojoba, lemon and geranium pure essential oils, Vitamin E, and vegetable glycerin. What it doesn’t have is a lot of junk and chemicals you don’t want on your face. I would love it for the fragrance, alone, but since I’m undergoing Fraxel Llaser treatments (so my skin is super-sensitive and needs extra TLC), I’m even more pleased to find a fun cleanser that works, and won’t irritate my skin. Two thumbs up for this one!

…and while we’re on the subject of cleansers…Indigo Wild also makes a laundry soap. I tried the Zum Clean Laundry Soap 3-Pack Sampler. This features three 1 fl. Oz. soaps, scented with Eucalyptus-citrus, frankincense & myrrh, and sweet orange. Each 1oz. laminated paper packet is good for one full load of laundry. What I really like about these is that they’re easy to store, and don’t use plastic. and they’re a lot more fun to use than the detergent that smells like chemicals from the supermarket. Zum clean is safe for colors, whites, brights, darks and delicates, and are highly concentrated and low sudsing.
This all natural laundry soap will satisfy! The soap is kind to your skin and kind to the environment. It does not contain: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphates, petroleum, optical brighteners,phalets, Phenols, or ethanol. What it does have is: Coconut Oil – natural skin moisturizer and acts as a natural fabric softener: Sodium Borate to cut grease, soften the water, lift dirt and control the pH of your laundry water; Sodium Bicarbonatel that lifts dirt and removes odors; Vegetable Glycerin clings to the dirt; Essential Oils make your clothes smell like a little piece of heaven. I tried Zum clean in my wash and found my clothes were softer and somehow, fresher…….and when you fall in love with Zum Clean (which you really will), you can get the 64 fl. oz. jug of it (yes, that one is in plastic) for just $21.00
