Obviously, the tennis star is in town for the US Open.
She’s a Polish professional tennis player whose career high so far was a 2012 singles ranking of world No. 2 (she is currently ranked# 10 in the world by the Women’s Tennis Association .)
For her intelligent use of the court, she’s been named “La Profesora” among players and the media.
I really wanted to meet this powerhouse player who obviously is interested in beauty but I was overbooked and couldn’t make it.
But I was able to receive samples of the 6 sensational shades in her nail polish collaboration with INGLOT Cosmetics.
It makes sense that tennis stars care about what they’re putting on their hands because they are always on display.
INGLOT features “O2M Breathable Nail Enamel.” What their special advanced polymer does is allow water and air to pass through your nails so that they can breathe and aren’t trapped beneath layers of nail enamel without any relief!
Colors For “Fummer” and Beyond!
But more than just helping to keep nails healthy, as you can see from my photo the collection has a variety of colors with something for everyone.
These colors work now for “Fummer” (not quite Fall, not really still appropriate for neons and pastels of Summer) and the rich tones work all the way through to Spring.
Here is the rundown clockwise from the top:
#422: deep shimmery blueberry, but it didn’t photograph well.
#421: slightly shimmery warm purple
#417 bold bright shimmery pink
#419 creamy opaque nude
#420 creamy opaque soft rose
#418 classic opaque cherry red
I’ve never tried INGLOT Cosmetics’ nail polish before and I was impressed with both the way it swiped on so smoothly and thoroughly in just one coat where many polishes simply streak.
I used two for more oomph though.
The idea that the O2M Breathable Nail Enamel is kind to my nails is a big plus, too.
And the polish had days of wear!
