It Cosmetics has produced a number of limited edition palettes, but this one for face and eyes is something super-special.
The first thing you’ll notice is that the top of the palette is mirrored. “IT Girl is carved out of it, and when you move the palette you get a waterfall of holographic glitter just rushing all around and through the IT Girl letters! It’s exciting and fascinating!

The shadows are silky. You can really apply them with a fingertip, but I suggest using one of itCosmetics’ lovely makeup brushes. We will be reviewing a spectacular 4-in-1 eye shadow brush in an upcoming makeup review focusing on eyes. Watch for it!

There are colors for everyone split into cool tones and warm tones.
Summer standouts include “Chic” a burgundy pearl shadow that skews warn and trendy on lids and” Midnight,” a velvety deep matte shadow/liner that is described by itCosmetics as navy, but to me it looks more like a deep violet.

Makeup Tips:
You can find tips for using the IT Girl palette on the box, but it is easy to create your own looks.
Sweep a lighter shade of shadow shade all over your lids to neutralize redness and uneven tone.
Then, blend a richer shade into your crease. Apply a darker matte shadow along your upper and lower lash line for a liner effect.
The blush goes on the apples of your cheeks using upward, sweeping motions– that’s IT!
