You never know where the night might take you (let’s have some fun, indeed!). New M∙A∙C Enchanted Eve Eyeshadow x6 Eye Compacts ($39.50)  are fun to look at, with six eye shadows (the Enchanted Eve Lip Lipstick Kit ($25.00) has three Lipsticks pans (pinks, or corals) nestled into a hard sided compact all with the signature, mirrored trim for 2015.  The photo above shows Enchanted Eyes in “warm,” with earthy browns and ivories, with various shimmer, matte and perle (some intense colors, some sheer) to suit whatever look you want. If you look at the rundown of all the products below my reviews of Enchanted Eve, you’ll see that there is also a navy and a mauve version.   The Enchanted Eve Lipstick For the lip or the eye product lover, these are fantastic values and great gifts.

Some of our favorite beauty gifts of the year, are the M∙A∙C Enchanted Eve Lip and Eye Bags ($39.50). They’re coordinated products for eyes or lips in stylish little clutches that are great to tuck into a tote.  The Lip Bags feature chic shades of Lipstick, Lipglass and Lip Pencil all in either pink, nude or red.  Tucked into the Enchanted Eve Eye Bags are a glamorizing quartet: Pro Longwear Paint Pot plus Haute & Naughty Lash , Fluidline eye liner and a brush to apply them (smokey, neutral or plum).

We sampled the red Enchanted Eve Lip Bag. When you have a coordinated lip liner, lipstick and gloss, it’s glamorous and easy to wear red.  The lipstick in this set is a tone cooler than the more neutral favorite, M.A.C. red, Ruby Woo, but it is a more modern, moist matte that looks less “dry” and kinder to Winter weary lips. The lipstick is very long lasting, too! For evening allure, just slick on the coordinating lip gloss, but line your lips first with the pencil to keep everything from migrating (the lip pencil leaves a bit of color even when the other products have been “mistletoe-kissed” away.

If you love makeup, you know that you can’t ever have enough brushes. The fantastic M∙A∙C Enchanted Eve Brush Kits – Basic, Essentials and Mineralize give you all that you need to make your looks last longer and get people thinking you had a makeup artist on hand. There are five different brush sets, all nestled into a box for gifting with a super slim clutch (with signature mirrored trim and snap closure) that holds the brushes is lined in nylon with a secure snap closure. I honestly think the brush bag makes a really nice slim wallet, and it’s also great for holding all those small items in your handbag that tend to hide in the bottom of the bag. Of course, you can also keep your brushes in it.We tried the Enchanted Eve “Essentials” Brush Kit  Basic ($52.50/ $140 Value). There are three different sets (Essentials, Basics, Mineralize) specifically designed for various products and uses. The brushes have 5″ handles with full-sized heads, and ferules of blue, purple and teal. The actual brushes in the set we tried (Essentials) had white bristles and included: 168 Large Angled Contour Brush, 133 Small Cheek Brush, 221 Mini Tapered Blending Brush, 239 Eye Shading Brush, 219 Pencil Brush. These brushes are great for travel, but another thing I really like about the Enchanted Eve Brush sets is that the entire set will fit into your handbag or into the larger, Enchanted Eve Eye and Lip bags shown above. The kit is so slim, it won’t take up much room in a suitcase, either.

They arrive in hard sided plastic box es with interior mirror and elastic closure (and the signature mirrored M.A.C. trim) . There are three different sets of four lip products and  (see below for a round-up of all the colors and sets in this collection). We sampled the Irresistibly Charming Lip Gloss set in pink.  The compact holds four fabulous, smaller-sized Cremesheen Glass  Lip Glosses in light, medium and dark shades of pink, and one sheer shimmery sheer, pink-ish Dazzleglass lip gloss (“Sugar Rimmed”).  There are also three different Pigments and Glitter sets, and two mini-Patent Polish lip sets as well.  See our reviews of these products on advicesisters.com by typing in their names in our search box at the right hand top side of every page.
