Alison says: ” Oh I’m feeling so groovy about this Winter collection of six nail polish shades for that’s an homage to the swinging “60’s. Well, sort of. They really are totally modern,…because we’ve come a long way…baby!
The collection has something for everyone, from demure sheers and shimmers to rich cremes and bold colors, plus a trendy blue.
Here’s the lineup with my comments: From left to right following the photo above:
Getting Groovy (metallic gold palladium) *honestly, I love gold shimmer polish and this one is my new favorite. Go sheer with one coat, add layers for true metallic allure
Go with the Flowy (cloudline dove gray) *like a cloud, it’s very sheer. You will need a steady hand, and several coats, to get this cloud to “form”
Satin Sister (sleek ebony peacock blue) *gorgeous and shiny, a stunner. I’m suggesting careful application and a heavy base coat just in case you don’t want to deal with staining
Oh Behave! ( minx Peach frost) *sheer but layer-able slightly opalescent and subtle enough so it’s perfect for when your hands and nails, really aren’t
Party on a Platform (lLondon garnet red) *Essie does red polish so well, and this one is slightly darker to work well all Winter long
Ready to Boa (glittering bronzed mahogany) *whoa! what a color! a deep bronzed berry that I’ve never seen before. It pairs the best of red and berry and mixes them into one gorgeous color, love it!
