This is the super cute presentation box my samples arrived in Da Bomb! Of course, Cher has a 1995 –Motorola StarTAC
I’m so excited to share the Morgan Taylor Clueless Collection nail lacquer and Gelish colors. The collection features back-to-the-late 80s-to- 90’s shades, in partnership with Paramount Pictures. If you haven’t seen the iconic film it’s an empowering story of a wealthy young woman Cher Horowitz. She is played by Alicia Silverstone. The story is loosely based on Jane Austen’s 1815 novel Emma about image, new beginnings, and growing up. It’s cute and funny and sweet. If you haven’t seen it, you’ll be in for a treat.
Did I like these? Totally. “I’m Totally Buggin because these are ” all that and a bag of chips”
. …Ok, enough 90’s talk. let’s talk about the colors in Morgan Taylor’s Clueless Collection:

So fabulous, I didn’t want to take these out of the box
These Morgan Taylor Nail Lacquer colors are a total treat. The colors harken back to colors in the 90s movie Clueless. There are a dozen colors of the nail lacquer and the Gelish Collection. My favorites are the bold bright pinks (so stylish Cher!) and the blue, yellow, and hot pink neons (love them)! The rest of the collection is full of bold, bright colors, two glitters and creme, and Perle formulas. The brights are perfect for Summer. I mean, these are serious fun with something for everyone.

Row 1 (top) Row 2 (middle) row 3 (bottom) colors details below
Color Descriptions:
Row 1:
Total Betty: is a creme light blue. Get a cotton sundress to match it.
Ugh As: If a bright shimmery yellow that is almost neon. The shimmer in it keeps it fresh-looking.
Shes a Classic: I love hot pink neon for Summer. This creme is intense and knock your socks off hot! Neon colors are matte when they dry, so add a clear topcoat and one of the glitter over-glazes.
Row 2:
Powers of Persuasion: an intense velvety purple creme. It’s not quite neon, but it is bright and gorgeous.
Driving in Platform: This creamy coral will look great with trendy platforms as well as flip flops—flaunt those toes!
Adorably Clueless: this classic medium pink creme will work from day to evening, work to the club.
Row Three:
Highly Selective: I could see Cher wearing this one in Clueless, the movie. A pink sparkly girly sheer that makes me want to stop what I’m doing and apply it right now (but I still have more colors to describe and work to do)!
Oops My Bad: a glittery overcoat of shiny clear with tiny strips of silvery holographic glitter. This looks great with the deep colors.
Let’s Do a Makeover: This is the brightest orange creme I have ever seen. I love it for an accent nail or just because it’s fun for the sun!
Totally Paused: a happy bright red/apricot creme that is a Summertime classic. Wear it instead of red all season long.
Two Snaps for You: Another overcoat that’s glittery and shiny with tiny bits of gold and copper glitter in it. I’d wear this with several on bare nails but it works on the other colors too.
So Check It: A minty green creme that seems a bit out of place with the other brights. Not my favorite, but the pastel color will look nice with casual clothes or at the beach.
What Else Do you Need to Know?
You can get Morgan Taylor’s Clueless Collection in the Gelish Formula, and also in a dip formula.
Morgan Taylor nail lacquer is one of my personal favorites. The brush is designed to offer intense color in one swipe. The lacquer wears well. And the products are certified cruelty-free. Morgan Taylor tells me that their nail lacquer has been voted a favorite by salon professionals 7 years in a row (Beauty Launchpad and NailPro). I see it in every nail salon I visit, so I believe it!
I’m really loving the Clueless collection so thanks Morgan Taylor for bringing us some adorable 90’s vibe. These colors will look great with your new platform shoes and neon windbreakers. I just hope the 90’s big blowout hair is no longer a trend.
