As the Summer kicks into high gear, you may be outside a lot more, or on vacation. When your phone and electronics run out of power, wishing won’t bring them back to life. However, MyCharge has chargers that will, especially when you can’t charge up again quickly with your plug-in charger.
I always carry at least one portable power bank in my purse. I might even carry two if I’m going to an event or somewhere I’ll be taking a lot of photos. These are fine when I’m away for the day, but when I’m out for more than that, I need a “big gun.”
Large and Powerful Charge:
Two very large and powerful chargers from MyCharge (RazorExtreme PD and Adventure Mega C) not only juice your phone and other items, but they can charge several at a time and keep them going, and going and going!
Neither power charger is really light and small enough to carry around with you in a pocket or purse. Both are about the size of a clutch bag. However, they deliver a lot of charge-ability.
Both also feature safe-cell which provides the highest level of battery safety on the market. These power chargers shut down as soon as the device you are charging hits 100%.
My Charge RazorExtremePD
The My Charge RazorExtremePD ($99) is weighty, but it’s mighty.
With it you can charge several devices with built-in USB-C (Qualcomm quick charge technology) and 2 USB-A Ports to charge your phone, small laptops and tablets an ultra-fast charge in an anodized aluminum frame.
45W output and the RazorMega portable external battery will charge some smartphones up to 13.5 times. This makes the RazorExtremePD really good for power-sucking laptops.
When you need to recharge the RazorExtremePD you’ll do it via a micro USB cable.
With a battery capacity of 26,800mAh the RazorExtremePD makes a good travel companion, especially if you’re going overseas or on a long airplane trip, or any place where you need power for more than a day.
It even arrives pre-charged. *note: due to TSA regulations please be sure that you bring these on board in your carry on don’t stow them in your checked baggage.
AdventureMega C
The Adventure Mega C ($90) looks ready to take camping or on a long hike. It looks really rugged. It features a carabiner hook, rubberized body, and a rubber cover over the input/output and charger ports.
MyCharge says that the Adventure Mega-C (with Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology 3.0+ POWER DELIVER) will charge both IOS and Android devices up to 4xfaster).
There’s a built-in USB A port and a built-in USB C port in this charger to power up tablets and other USB devices up to 10 extra times battery life. The “C” is a welcome addition for those using more modern smartphones and other devices.
This Rechargeable 20,100mAh portable charger delivers up to 18W of shared output power to the USB-A & USB-C ports. You re-charge this pre-charged powerhouse with a USB-C cable.
MyCharge doesn’t say anything about charging a laptop with this one. However, the Adventure Mega C is compatible with Tablets, Smartphones & USB Devices.
This is a weighty charger but not quite as heavy as the RazorExtreme PD. If you don’t have to charge a big laptop, I think it’s a better and more versatile choice.
The splash-resistant, drop resistant and dirt-proof charger has 4 indicator lights to show you when the unit is charge 100%. Take it on your next camping trip, on the boat, or on vacation!
