Advicesisters.com Exclusive Sneek Peek: New Core Colors from Sinful Colors Polish Launching January 2017 (you can see them here first)!
We can’t wait for January 2017, when Sinful Colors launches 10 new core colors in its already exceptional color collection. Advicesisters.com is delighted to be the first online publication to get a peek at them, so you get to see them first, too!
A few weeks ago advicesisters.com posted this photo of the new Sinful Colors additions to their core collection on our Instagram feed. We were missing 2 shades out of the 10.
Here is a rundown of the shades we sampled and photographed (from the top going clockwise):
bitten : Sinful Colors describes this as juicy red. We say: it’s a clear, bold red that works on every skin tone.
bluz cruz: Sinful Colors describes this as a vibrant purple-blue. We say: Yes, it’s a gorgeous purple-blue but the formula is a bit sheer so you need a few coats to get that look.
cash out: Sinful Colors describes this as a fun pop of pastel green. We say: it’s a nice change from the usual deep green for Fall/Winter. It’s a yellowish green but it’s almost a mint green.
taupe is dope: Sinful Colors describes this as a sophisticated suede shade. We say: It’s a nice, warm taupe, but the formula is watery. If you want full coverage and a true taupe (not a wash) you need a couple of coats.
the full monty: Sinful Colors describes this as a seductive nude-ish shade. We say: It’s a beautiful nudishy-rose, -rose, the most shimmery of the new core shades. We hate to take sides, but it’s really our favorite.
Appeasing: Sinful Colors describes this as a sweet pastel green). We say: It’s a nice pastel green that really gets the color jolt going with two+ coats.
deep end: Sinful Colors describes this as the perfect ocean blue. We say this sheer blue really pops with a couple of coats. It’s gorgeous!
jade kat: Sinful Colors describes this as a shimmery emerald green. We say: It’s very bright and shimmery jade that might make a green lover out of you. An exciting plus for green polish fans!
…and there are two more shades– Jam Out and So Daupe!
Unfortunately, Jam Out and So dauple weren’t available as actuals yet, but we did get photos of them (see above). Jam Out is a strawberry with green iridescence and So Daupe is a slightly shimmery greige (Sinful Colors describes it as a soft light brown).
