My last story on advicesisters.com was about how to unwind and make a bad day, better. I hope that the suggestions work well for you. But sometimes you still can benefit from a little help from products. Try a Hi Seltzer:
I discovered Hi Seltzers at the Alabama Grocers Association Meeting where my husband did an economics presentation. The team from Hi Seltzers was so knowledgeable (I fired a lot of hard questions at them). I tried small portions of all six fruity flavors of this unique seltzer. It’s bubbly and makes a really nice alternative to drinking liquor or beer. I did feel a bit calmer after just a little bit of the product, but I didn’t feel out of control or weird with it.
If you are watching calories, it’s great to know that Hi Seltzer has 0 calories no sugar no carbs and it’s 100% natural. This is non-alcoholic but it does have THC in it. Hemp-Derived Delta 8 softens your mood in about 15 minutes. But you won’t be hungover the next day.
