Preview: Pur Minerals Collections for Fall 2010 and a new iPhone APP!

Pur Minerals makes one of my all-time favorites products: excellent Correcting Primers. I am excited to preview Pur Minerals two new collections that launch in September and a new iPhone App.

The first collection caught my eye right away.  I love warm metallics and coppery colors.  In this collection called “Earthy Treasures,” instead of the regular, Pur Minerals compact (a soft matte silver), this collection is housed in flashy shiny, copper compacts. I love them! The kit has a color palette of shimmery, warm metallics and earth-tones. The limited edition set includes Pur Mineral’s signature products: Mineral Glow;a Perfect Fit Eye Shadow Trio (in Canyon Glow), Pout Plumping Lip Gloss in Oasis; and a mini powder brush. You’ll glow, and look gorgeous, using these colors.

The second collection is called “Heavenly Delights.” As you can see from the photo, the color palette in this collection is much softer and more romantic.  The products are sheer and subdued, mostly sheer neutrals (one stunning pearled pink eye shadow is trendy, and particularly pretty). These are so easy to wear.  The collection includes Pur Minerals Perfectly Natural/Pink Marble Powder Split Pan; Perfect Fit Eye Shadow Trio in Halo, Pout Plumping Lip Gloss in Enchanted; and a mini Eye shadow brush. They remind me of the color palette that the lovely young ladies in a Merchant Ivory film, would use. You’ll feel feminine and pretty, and look naturally lovely, with the colors in this collection.
 
 
If you’re looking for a new, Fall look, and you’re budget-minded, one of the things you’ll really like about both of these collections are that they’re economical. You can get most of these products without getting the entire collection, but each collection is a $75.00 for just $30.00.  Even better still, you won’t have to worry about what product(s) you’ll need to create an entire look–they’re all in the collection, coordinated for you.

New iPhone App:  Pur Minerals has also launched a new, iPhone App, the iPur Beauty Application. This fun to use App lets you upload a photo of your own face, and then try out all the different products and colors that Pur Minerals offers right on your own face!  You can see what you’ll look like before you buy those colors, and then you can even share your finished look through FaceBook or send it to your BFFs by email. By October 1, 2010, the Pur Beauty App will offer a direct link to ULTA.com where you can order products online or find a store near you.   You can download this app for free at the iPhone App Store…so don’t wait!
