The Power of Affirmations:
Affirmations can really help remind you of a goal and empower you to be your best self. Now a cosmetics company called REALHER is using affirmations to make women look beautiful and feel beautiful and empowered from the inside, out.
REALHER makeup was created by Xiang, Founder and CEO, a devoted father who realized that women have plenty of challenges. He wanted to empower his young daughter and other women to look and feel beautiful and empowered. REALHER helps to create a better social environment for all females.
The cruelty-free, paraben, gluten and talc-free products all proclaim: “You Are Enough.” Each color has an affirmation assigned to it as well.
What Color Is Your Affirmation?
For a daily reminder of empowerment and beautifying products, I love these REALHER cosmetics. They arrive in shiny black cartons with metallic rose gold lettering and each color proclaims different positive affirmations.
For example, 4 new shades of lip gloss ($21/each) in wanded tubes proclaim: “I am Happy” (a gorgeous semi-opaque rich cranberry); “I am Radiant” (semi-sheer warm nude); “I am Bright” (sheer gold shimmer gloss) ad “I am Brave” (sheer silver shimmer gloss).
You will also see the affirmations are emblazoned in rose gold metallic on each of the black lipgloss tube. Youc an’t help but notice them as you are twisted off the cap and applying the gloss.
The affirmations may make you feel good, but the glosses are truly silky, unscented, shiny and gorgeous.
Feeling good, feeling happy, feeling positive are all important ways to feel beautiful, too.
Something For Everyone:

When I look at the blush palette the first thing I see is “You Are Brilliant” affirmation emblazoned on the top of the blush palette.
Inside clockwise from left to right are the blush colors and an affirmation beneath each: Genuine (bright pink), Passionate*( medium pink), Confident. (dark warm brown) Compassionate, (medium rose) Visionary (bright peach) and “Social” (warm light nude.
If you like intense pigment you’ll love these colors, or just use a big soft brush to diffuse the color for a kiss of tint.

The Bottom Line:
I love the idea of adding positive affirmations to beauty products. REALHER Makeup also donates a part of their proceeds to nonprofit organizations to help advance the lives of women and girls through the scholarship programs leadership and advocacy education and research.
However, the packaging isn’t the only reason to like REALHer makeup. I only tested the lip glosses and blush palette, but my experience was positive from the outer packaging, to the affirmations, to the actual products that look beautiful, last without changing color or fading, and frankly, made me look great.
