Intelligence Genius Ultra by Arbonne makes your skincare work more effectively. The reason? Your skin isn’t completely smooth, it has ridges and bumps.

If you apply your serums and moisturizers with your fingertips or an applicator it can’t get into those ridges.

The Arbonne Intelligence Genius Ultra helps get your skincare products into all the places in your skin, even those you can’t reach and can’t see.

Gentle heat and sound waves created by the device disperse products and help them penetrate deeper into the skin.

Heat is also essential to open pores and activate blood circulation and the device also offers a gentle massage as you move it in circular motions on your skin.

Intelligence Genius Ultra:

I like that the Intelligence Genius Ultra is easy to understand and to use, without tons of bells or buttons to deal with.

I charged the Arbonne Intelligence Genius Ultra I was sent with the included USB cord, then turned it on.

There’s very little sound, and you can feel the tool vibrating.

I picked the highest of three heat settings, but honestly, I didn’t feel my skin getting overly heated.

It’s best to treat one area of your face at a time. The device hesitates when it’s time to move to another area.

For my test, I used a moisturizer on one side of my face (including under my eyes) with the Genius Ultra, and applied the same moisturizer with my fingertips on the other.

My skin immediately turned bright red as I used the device, but it’s just the device working with your products. The redness disappeared within minutes after I stopped the treatment.

After the initial treatment, I could feel an immediate difference on the side where I used the Intelligence Genius Ultra.

Cleanup is easy. I just wiped off the metal head with a damp cloth and stored the device for the next time.

Words of Caution:

It’s not a scary device and it’s perfectly safe, but some common-sense precautions should be noted:

*don’t use the Genius Ultra directly on the eye or eyelids

*The Genius Ultra shouldn’t be used with over-the-counter drugs, including but not limited to, acne medications such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, or sunblocks.

*This isn’t a toy, Don’t let kids play with or use this device

* If you have open wounds, cuts or burns don’t use the device.

* Genius Ultra isn’t made for use while bathing or in the shower and it should not be submerged in water.

*Keep the USB charging cable away from heated surfaces.

I really like this device, a lot. It’s easy to use, slim and travel-friendly. But it is pricey at $280.00 ($224.00 for preferred clients) so it’s an investment.

If you want the treatment tool with Arbonne’s anti-aging RE9 Advanced Intensive Renewal Serum, and RE9 Advanced Lifting and Contouring Eye Cream the set will cost you ($402 or $241.20 for Arbonne Preferred clients).

The RE9 Advance Intensive Serum is “intensive” because it’s concentrated. The collagen-supporting ingredients are clinically proven to hold in moisture and help firm and lift the skin, and reduce the while lessening the appearance of fine lines.

The RE9 Advanced Lifting and Contouring Eye Cream helps skin look firmer and tighter around the eyes, and feel more plump and cushioned. The product is Ophthalmologist- and dermatologist-tested.

The Preferred Client prices are certainly more user-friendly, but because you have to commit to Arbonne products, or it is a membership down the drain.

However, the Genius Ultra device could be considered a good investment, considering facials using similar techniques can cost upwards of $200.

Having this device to use daily at home and when you travel can be rationalized, as long as you actually use it and don’t let it languish on a shelf or in a drawer.
