This unique palette is beautifully decorated on the outside of the compact with a flight of white birds, and full of five generously-sized rounds of seriously metallic hues of eye shadow on the inside (plus a nice, dual-ended, sponge-tipped applicator), but it also gives back to Future Dreams. a UK-based charity that raises money for two leading breast cancer charities dedicating to research into the treatment and prevention of breast cancer and to provide network of centers where no one has to face breast cancer alone. Rouge Bunny Rouge will donate 50% of the retail price to Future Dreams.
According to the press literature I received with my sample, the five hues in this palette are not available anywhere else, but if you have other Rouge Bunny Rouge Long-lasting Eye Shadow refills you can pop any one of these in or out and personalize your palette as you wish. Frankly, these work so well together I wouldn’t change a thing! I can’t even mention a favorite color as they are all beautiful, but ok…twist my arm and I’ll say that the Midnight Blue Gunmetal made a special impression.. it is not really that blue, more greyed blue and it’s gorgeous. Add lots of black mascara, eyeliner…you’re off for the evening with a modernized eye look that really is sexy…and easy and fast.
I am not sure how long the palette will be available since it launched in September and it is limited edition, but October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so I’m sure it’s still up now. And, I’d stock up for holiday gifts….this will make any eye shadow lover, swoon.
