We love Summer, but without good skincare products, we don’t love what it can do to our skin. Heat, Humidity, perspiration, products, and more sunblock than usual, plus stress, travel, and dehydration, can all do bad things and even cause breakouts.  While it takes us a while to actually test products, we’ve been hard at work doing just that. 

This review features five special skincare products to help you pamper your skin: Cleanse, Hydrate, Protect, Nourish, & Banish Breakouts. Each of these skincare products does something different and in a unique way. We welcome your feedback!

 

Seriously Good Scented Soaps from SallyeAnder, No Surfactants:

At a Consumer Products Showcase for Editors, there was a very busy table surrounded by editors eager to learn about SallyeAnder Skincare products. This company has been making all natural, hand-made skincare items such as soaps and lip balms, for almost 35 years. The base of the chunky squares of fragrant soap is olive oil and soy, without artificial dyes or colors. They also don’t include artificial surfectants (they call them “latherants” in their press literature), so the big 5 oz. squares last longer.

Frankincense Soap For Sensitive, Oily Skin Great for Summer:
