We are all different. There are articles that insist that anyone can wear this or that. But in reality, everyone really can’t easily wear the same thing. You really notice that when shopping for swimwear. It can really be a deflating experience. That stretchy little suit looks so cute on the hangar. But what about on you? It can be challenging to find a bathing suit that really flatters your body. However, Infamous and & Mini Swimwear can help! This is an Australian swimwear company that knows that people come in all shapes and sizes.
From Young To Old:
The Glamourous Miranda:
Miranda is a one-piece swimsuit that offers glamour. If your legs are less than lovely, the medium cut on this elongates them, without exposing the rest of you too much. It also covers the booty without being dowdy.
How Is The Fit?
I received an XL in the solid black suit shown on the model. But I also received an XXL in the leopard print. I’ve never worn anything XXL in my life and usually wear a Large or a 12 (ok, I’m not model slim). But when I tried these suits on, I realized that they are firm in fit. The size XL actually cut a bit into my shoulders. The torso felt better in the XXL. Therefore, the website suggests sizing up. I would normally have picked a Large. But, in fact, sizes can be deceiving, depending upon the garment. If the XXL means the right and comfortable fit, I’m fine with it.
I love this swimsuit so much I’m buying some in different patterns (and some are on sale). Note too that there are no underwires or extra padding, but the fabric is heavy enough to cover anything you might not want to show. However, you can also get headbands and scrunchies that are water-friendly. There are also some options for boys and men but I’m focusing on women and girls in this story.
Do you have a long torso? short torso? wide shoulders? Are you plus-size? petite? super thin, large, and in charge, or plagued by anything else? Infamous Swimwear has something for everyBODY, literally! Visit the Infamous & Mini Website.
Clever Product- Sand Be Gone:
What is EWG Verified?
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has tracked chemical safety and has called out bad chemicals and the companies that use them. The EWG recognizes products that meet EWG’s strictest standards for your health. OLITA was awarded EWG’s safest sunscreen for kids and babies in 2020 and 2021 as well as Parent Magazine’s safest sunscreen for kids (in 2021).
OLITA also donates 10% of every purchase to ocean conservation by partnering with the Coral Reef Alliance. That is also nice to know.
Sand Be Gone Sand Remover is packaged in a traditional metal can with a swivel open/closed cap with holes to dispense the powder. While you can use baby powder to help get the sand off your skin, there have been lawsuits linking talcum powder to ovarian cancer. Sand Be Gone Sand Remover as I mentioned above, is EWG Verified and uses a propriety blend of deemed-safe ingredients:
- Baking Soda
- Organic Aloe Lead Powder
- Non-Nano Zinc Oxide
- Non-GMO Corn Starch
- Provitamin B5
- Vitamin C Ester
Advicesisters.com received the “Coconut” scent which I liked a great deal. Prices range from $5-$20. There are plenty of other scents to try. For more information visit the Olita Website
