On advicesisters.com we often write about “little things” that help to make life easier, more interesting, beautiful, successful, and fun. So this “potpourri of unique beauty products” features some items that you might not have known about. iMethod focuses on great products for brows and eyes including eyeliner stamps for the perfect “wing.” They also have a nifty way to clean makeup brushes that doesn’t cost a fortune and that you can do without muss or fuss. The multi-tasking purifying blue clay mask from THE OUTSET is a company founded by Kate Foster and Scarlett Johansson.
Stamp A Liner!
iMethod Beauty has an array of cosmetics, but the focus is on your brows. If you are into your brows, you’ll want to browse (pun intended) a dizzying enticing array of brow enhancers including stamps, colors, pencils, pens and waxes. If you are into eyeliner, you will find plenty of eyeliner stamps that offer different types of effects.
Since I am hopelessly myopic, I tend to avoid eyeliner. I always end up with a wobbly line that looks so crazy I just remove it completely. But I just had to try one of the eyeliner stamp sets. Our 10mm set ($13) gives a line plus that all-important wing. It’s not difficult. Basically, there is a left and a right-wing “tip” and both eyeliner pens in the set have the pointed tip. 1. Line the bottom of the stamp with the edge of your upper lash line and stamp gently. 2. Use the eyeliner pen included to fill in and shape. The liner is highly pigmented and waterproof, but can be removed with makeup remover or makeup remover wipes.
If you have been longing for a beautiful winged eyeliner look you need these unique beauty products. Especially if you’re not able to “wing it” by hand. This is one way to do it in under 30 seconds. Not kidding! https://imethodbeauty.com/
Clean Your Makeup Brushes:
Among iMethod ‘s unique beauty products is a nifty and cheap makeup brush cleaner ($15). The silicone bad looks pretty much like a kitchen scrubby with raised dots both large and small plastic “bristles.” There is also a handle on the bag which reminds me of the kind you put on your smartphone to hold it steady. It’s a travel-friendly gadget that works for all brushes or sponges. It’s also cruelty-free and vegan. So is the cleanser.
How to Use:
To use it, simply wet your makeup brush or sponge, swirl it around in the (included) little pot of cleanser and then rub the dirt, makeup, and residue off onto the silicone pad. Then, rinse your brush with water and let it dry. I have tried complicated brush systems and they don’t really work any better than this one. However, if your brush really is dirty, you’ll probably have to do a few passes on the pink pad. Also, once your brush is wet, you must reshape your bristles so that they dry in the same shape you started with. Visit https://imethodbeauty.com/
