You can’t be too rich or too thin, so the saying goes, and you also can’t have too many lipsticks, or pairs of shoes! For Fall (and for all), At an editors event today at the Via Spiga shoe boutique in Soho, celebrity stylist (and Via Spiga Sspokesperson), Christina Ehrlich, styled some of Via Spiga’s newest shoes for Fall 2011.
What is clear, is that BOOTS are the must-have shoe for Fall and Winter. Here are some stand-outs in the collection that you won’t want to be without:
Fur is one of those cold-weather trends that won’t ever go away. It’s always fun to wear. These boots have a pointed toe and fun fur “buttons” on a heel that’s stylish, but not crazy-high.
Faux Fur is also a trend that everyone loves, but what goes on your feet when the top part of your body is encased in fur? Christina styled these Via Spiga boots to balance the look.
I love these Via Spiga “Nia” boots. They give an edge to leggings and slim jeans, and toughen up floaty skirts and dresses. This boot is $375 available at Via Spiga in September.
Christina styled this sweater dresss/tunic with a chunky wedge-style suede boot. When you’re wearing a lot of texture, smooth suede keeps the look sleeker and trendy.
In stores right now are these VANITA pumps that give you the best of a wedge and a platform, without looking clunky. All the Editors at the Fall event were trying these on. I loved them so much, I bought a pair! They also are available in black, maroon and a really cute leopard print!
