Blossom & Stone’s moon and rose quartz-infused tincture adds a sheen to your skin and is all well-being. I had a little fun with my selfie photos too. I hope you like them.
The Moon and Crystal Healing:
Blossom & Stone, is an LA-based wellness brand that uses rose quartz in each of its products. The pink shimmer of this beautiful mineral is beautiful. However, it supposedly has healing properties. Rose Quartz is also known is as The Heart Stone. It’s connected to the heart chakra. Some use rose quart to help deal with physical and emotional trauma, but also to be open to love.
Blossom & Stone’s Rose Quartz CBD tincture has real rose quartz crystals in the bottom of the glass bottle with a dropper top. It is simply a CBD isolate blended with MCT oil. Both of these are organically grown in the USA. There is a touch of lemon verbena added for aromatherapy.
Add a few droppers of oil to dry skin. It absorbs relatively quickly and leaves a lovely sheen (as if you’re bathed in moonlight).
Note that there is 0% THC in this product (the thing that gets you high). However, the rose quartz crystals are laid out in the light of the full or new moon every two weeks. According to Blossom & Stone, this allows the crystals to charge in their healing energy. Since each moon is unique in its healing powers, therefore a note is sent with each bottle of oil about that specific moon cycle. There will also be a suggested ritual to create your own mystical experience.

Vitabrid’s Stabilized Vitamin C
If you are in NYC you’ll find some of the Vitabrid C12 collection items at the Allure Store. If you are not local to NYC you can find them on amazon. Advicesisters.com got a chance to try a few Vitabrid C12 products, although we didn’t get to the opening press event.
If you know about Vitamin C you also know that it’s got to be stabilized because it can degrade very quickly. However, Vitamin C is a proven skincare helper that can penetrate and remain bioactive in the skin, fight free radicals, help to brighten the complexion, and also stimulate collagen production.
Vitabrid’s 12-hour Vitamin C 12 is a stabilized form of Vitamin C, developed by submerging pure vitamin C in between bio-friendly mineral layers. This technology delivers active vitamin C deep into the dermis layer of the skin for over 12 hours.
Testing Testing:
Two products I tried were Vitabrid C12 Face Brightening with actives of 24.60% Zinc Oxide and 0.1% allantoin. and their Dual Drop Serum for deep hydration.
The liquid serum is in a glass dropper bottle while the brightening is in a tube dispenser in a powder form. You mix the powder with your favorite moisturizer or the Vitabrid C12 Serum and apply it to your face. Shake the bottle to smooth out the powder (there are beads in it and you’ll hear them as you shake the bottle).
Two-step/product rituals really do make you feel like you’re doing something extra positive for yourself.
I was working with other hair products so I haven’t yet tested the Vitabrid C12 Hair Tonic. This is also a two-step process. It comes in a plastic bottle with a spray cap and a little bottle of powder that you pour into the liquid tonic bottle. The actives are 25% Zinc Oxide and 0.25% allantoin to protect, soothe, hydrate, and deal with the irritated scalp. More on this in a future story.
