The Little Red Dress is not just a concept, it is a classic, a fashion statement, and also a classic fragrance from Avon.

The little black dress (and Avon’s Little Black Dress fragrance) will continue to be popular, but it’s red we are seeing on celebrities and on the fashion runways.
Honestly, I’m a bit bored with black.

Little Red Dress Eau De Parfum by Avon is a sassy, spicy oriental floral that launched in 2011.
The outer carton for Little Red Dress is simple.
It’s red with a small gold square in the middle.
The bottle inside is also classic — a chunk of clear, square glass backed with red enhancing the nearly clear juice inside.
There is a very gently curved rectangular clear topper over the gold spray diffuser.
I love the way it picks up the light.
NOTES:
• Top Note: Red Raspberry and some citrus and plum
• Mid Note: Bulgarian Rose and jasmine
• Dry Note: Red Sandalwood musk and amber
The first thing I noticed was the heart note of the rose, which is Sonia Constant’s signature.
But the fragrance has a softness and some spice from the bottom notes. These give the fragrance “legs.”
AVON calls this a special occasion fragrance but I disagree.
Little Red Dress Eau de Parfum is appropriate for any occasion, any day.
For just $25.oo for a 1.7 fl. oz. Eau de Parfum spray I think it has a lot of sophistication and staying power.
