In 2016 I wrote a story about an essential oil diffuser and how it helped when we adopted Bob Marley (our cat, not the singer/artist) from a foster home. Initially, we kept him in our bedroom, away from our other cat. We thought it would just be a few days, but he refused to come out. With his litter box and food, our small bedroom quickly began to smell like a zoo! However, if I’d had a Zent diffuser and essential oils I wouldn’t have had so much trouble keeping the room smelling decent.
What is Zent?
Zent is a plug-in and wall mountable home diffuser. What I love is that you can set to different strengths with coverage up to 800 square feet. Once you fill the reservoir bottle with essential oil (our was Zent Lemongrass) without water (thank you!) you can choose a smart mode to make it work harder and longer, or less time or intensity. The only thing you have to do once the unit is plugged in and programmed via push buttons on the front is to refresh the oil with a refill (Zent refill $30) as it’s needed.
Choose an Essential Oil:
If you’re not a fan of lemongrass, no worries as there are dozens of different essential oil scents to choose from on the Zent Website.
For more information on essential oils read: what are essential oils and what makes them essential?
The unit is $90 and there are other diffusers on the site as well. While I was writing this story I received a message that the company is now called SCENT NEW YORK– previously Zent New York. I’m not sure if they will be changing the name or the logo of this home diffuser. However, for now, it’s still as shown in my photos. I really recommend this diffuser which is now plugged in on my kitchen wall. Having a Zent is truly a Zentsory experience. Find yours here: https://scentnewyork.shop/
